Due to humildity could affect quartz surface quality, we have to care the transportation,storage condition, and test the quartz before use it.
Test raw material, to avoid any unqualified material be used.
Make a sample to find out if there any problem with raw material and design.
Produce 10 big slabs and polish it to see if there’s any problem before bulk production.
Recheck machine air vacuum, temperature, stirring time setting to make sure everything meets with the requirement.
Arrange tools and machine if the design needs specific design tools or machinery and make sure everything in good condition.
