Calacatta, Carrara, and other marble‑look quartz series involve nearly manual production processes. Although raw materials come from the same suppliers, slight batch variations are normal and will affect the final appearance of quartz slabs.

According to our technical team, background tones of quartz slabs produced in different months may differ slightly. This is caused by changes in air temperature and humidity throughout the year. More than 85% of quartz components are natural minerals, and all natural materials inherently have color variations.

Veins also differ slightly between batches. Vein color paste must be newly mixed each production run, so slight differences in shade and intensity are unavoidable.

Our factory ensures consistent color and vein matching within the same order. No quartz manufacturer in China can guarantee zero variation across different batches.

We do our utmost to minimize differences, but achieving identical results across separate batches is not realistic.
Our recommended solutions:
1.Use slabs from the same batch/container together in one project.
2.Avoid mixing slabs from different containers in the same area.
3.Each slab is marked with a production date on the edge for easy batch identification.

Our main products include quartz stone slabs, printed quartz, silica-free quartz, warm quartz collections, quartz tiles, quartz countertops, and quartz vanity tops. We also provide customized solutions to meet specific project requirements.
